Well, it seems that it is time to create a single thread for all platforms where all of your CC mobile app questions or concerns can be addressed. With that, I am going to start with a small FAQ based off of some of the questions I have received in the past. Please feel free to make FAQ suggestions and post any questions or issues you may have. Thank you!
CC Mobile App FAQ - all platforms 1) How do I LOGIN? Android - There are a couple answers to this. Generally in the Android application if you try to do anything in the application that requires a login it will prompt you to do so. Otherwise, once you launch the application use your MENU button to gain access to the LOGIN button directly.
iPhone - If you are launching the iPhone application for the first time you should see a LOGIN button at the very left hand bottom part of the screen. Just click this button and you are on your way.
2) How do I perform a SEARCH? Android - Once logged in click on the More tab then click on the SEARCH item in the list.
iPhone - Once logged in click on the SEARCH tab located in the bottom tab bar.
3) Is there a way to SUBSCRIBE to threads and forums? Android - Yes. Once logged in navigate to your favorite thread or forum. Once you are within either your selected forum or topic/thread use your MENU button and click on the SUBSCRIBE option. Once you have done this then just click on Favorites in the top tab bar to view your subscribed items.
iPhone - Yes. Once logged in navigate to your favorite thread or forum. Once you are within either your selected forum or topic/thread you should see a button in the top right hand corner of the screen. Click the button and then choose the SUBSCRIBE option. Now, once that is complete click on the More tab and choose the Favorites item. You should now see your subscribed topics/threads and/or forums.
It should be noted that in both Android and iPhone anything you subscribe to will show up in the respective Favorites section.
