CC mobile app - Issues after upgrades and crashing issues - We need your feedbacK!!

Hi folks,

we have heard from some of you regarding crashing issues with the CC mobile app on either Android or IOS. In particular most of the crashing issues I hear about for IOS happen after IOS upgrades are performed. We would like to know how many of you have experienced any crashing issues on either Android or IOS, what version of the OS you are using, and if the crashing seems to happen randomly, continuously, or right after an upgrade.

iphone app crashes randomly----freezes then it crashes

^^ Yup , the same used to happen with my iphone app. But recently this is very rare to happen.

I cant change any of the settings for my iphone app, it crashes after selecting the settings tab. This is new though since I was able to do it before on the app.

Iphone 4. IOS 5 installed.
Crashes when I try to change anything in SETTINGS.
Sometimes crashes randomly on launching.
I have reinstalled the app several times.

If I turn off my phone and then turn it back on the app won't let me log back in. So, I have to delete the app and re-download it. Iphone 4. Oh, and it crashes a lot, but it still allows me to pull it back up.

Hi CrystalJ. Can you change any of the sliders in Settings? Maybe try just changing the Enable BBcode slider and see if that saves. I just noticed that all of my slider controls work and save just fine, but any of the selection lists will crash.

Hi -- the mobile app is really difficult for me! It rarely starts up in a fully functional mode where I can post and access my account. I usually get a kind of read-only version of the forums tab along with the option to look at Campus vibe. If I try enough I can get to the usual app but it can easily take over a dozen tries for that to happen. I don't have an option to upgrade and I'm running on the iPhone 4, not 4s.

I'm currently use the mobile app for iPhone 4S and it's repeatedly crashing. Ironically, the first time I opened this tab the app force closed. The threads are jumbled and for some threads, the actual post's line are mixed up and have large gaps within lines. This seemed to Gary when I updated the app. Can you guys fix this please?

I have not been able to access CC with my IOS app since the IOS 6 update. Crashes back to desktop. I have uninstalled and reinstalled with no success.
