I'm getting the same Google warning, still.

And obviously, my posts are all still recorded as being made at 11 am yesterday. I cleared my browser history, but the issue is still there.

Browser Warnings on CC

We've had some reports of malware warnings in Chrome and/or Firefox when members tried to access the forums. We have verified the site itself is free of any malware, and have turned off ads as a precaution since a small portion of the ads come from third parties.

Sorry about causing any worries! Our technical staff are working to get rid of the alert. Although we have requested that the site be reverified and any warnings removed, it's possible they will persist for a while even though the site is fine.

Our apologies!

Sometimes when I open up a thread, a new tab appears with a college or degree related ad. Is that part of CC and ads or something wrong with my own labtop?

Add Safari to the list of browsers giving warnings. Although the warning I got seemed to originate from Google, nothing browser-specific.

Testing clock issue...

It's better, but I posted this at 2:55 and it says 2:38.

Under attack?

Roger,
This may be a sign that the site is under attack. A hacker could be responsible for the malware warning when people try to enter. The malware warning will cause a drop in users and that might be the goal. Just guessing.

We have taken the necessary corrective action to get the malware warning removed from the site. This will generally take less than 24 hours.

In addition, users were reporting issues with post times. This has been corrected. Please accept our deepest apologies.

We had to wind up the clocks in a couple of servers. All better.
