Those aren't threads, those are forums. We set up a forum if it looks like there has been quite a bit of discussion about a college. If you think you have a candidate for forumhood, post it here. Do a search first, though, to see how the school has figured in the conversation here.
You can go ahead and post a thread in College Search, or College Admissions, etc. For an obscure school (not that the one you are looking for is obscure), you'll get more input there.
