Parallel Universe?

What is V-Bulletin and why does the CC site keep switching to this format (with a light blue background) when I try to open different forums, and then give a bunch of error messages?? If I click the refresh key a few times it goes back to the "regular" CC screen and seems to be business as usual... for a little while. Then.. *poof* back to the "V-Bulletin" screen. Whazzup???

jym -- I saw that, too! This afternoon around 3:30 I logged on and saw this entirely different layout, different post icons, etc, and the latest posts were from January 2006! When I clicked on one, I got the error message, too. Then I logged out and back in to CC and the old format was back! I thought I was going nuts - glad it wasn't just me

This is utterly and completely weird. When I click, I never know which CC I will retrieve....the one from today or the one from 1-27-06. There are some threads posted today on the one forum, and some posted on the earlier forum.

My son got his first rejection this afternoon. I know it was an earthshaking event in our family, but never did I guess that when he posted this on the Swarthmore board it would mess everything up. I swear it's the combined weight of the rejections and waitlists that is doing this to the server. Can anyone fix this?

There seem to be 2 parallel universes or something... I have posted on the "old" and "temporary" forums today. Weird......

V-Bulletin is the forum software CC uses. I guess they are experiencing problems again. I havent run into any though

Sorry, we brought another server online to handle the load and some visitors were incorrectly routed to another site.
