Contacting a moderator

I'm sorry if the answer to this question is obvious; I searched the FAQs but I didn't find what I was looking for. I'd like to contact a moderator to request a thread to "sticky-ed", but the subforum in question doesn't have a specific mod, but rather, is overseen by the "mod team". So who do I contact to make my request?
