something wierd with a few threads

every once in a while, I try to go to a thread (from the link given in the instant e mail notification) and i get a message like this:

You are no longer allowed to accesss this thread for blah blah reasons.

I read the reasons and none of them apply to me, so what's wrong??

i don't think that the "community and forum issues" forum is very popular with most members...this is the first post on here in a week.
