AND . . .

PLEASE SHOW ME CORRECT WAY TO WRITE WITH CORECT GRAMMER!

This sounds a little better:

Excelled in supervising as well as motivating team players to increase productivity and company profitability, and
Commended for performing well as both team player and an independent self-starter.

you're still wrong. there's no noun. who excelled and or was commended? its basically a fragment.

The OP is inserting these fragments into a list of achievements which is likely headed with, "In my former position, I..."
