To whoever runs college confidental....

Dear College Confidental,
Eugene Lang College of the New School in NYC is rated among some of the best colleges in the princeton review for class participation, politically active, etc. etc. It is not your "regular" college and is about seminars rather than lectures. It is a good school. WHY ISN'T IT LISTED UNDER COLLEGES? Please change this.

Thank you.

We add schools when discussion has reached some level of critical mass in the regular forums. This isn't a quality judgment, just a gauge of the interest level so that we avoid "dead" forums.

Good question. Why isn't it listed. Of course, probably not many people outside of NY or the East Coast have heard of it, but that is changing, thanks Parsons relationship with Runway, and Parson is part of the same University -- The New School -- as is Eugene Lang and six other really strong schools such as the School of Contemporary Music and Jazz. The New School is giving NYU a run for it's money and ought to be considered by talented students who want to be in New York, but don't want to be just another number

My D applied to Eugene Lang and getting info about it beyond the school website or the Princeton Review is difficult. I would also like to see a link for it on this site.
