Are the "Server is Down" Messages going to persist?

It looks like CC's popularity is becoming a hindrance. Too many visitors and not enough server capacity.

I had hoped that with the new servers, things would stabilize but we were hit with another forum outage today. It is supremely frustating when I type out a long post and then click the reply button, only to get a "server not found notice," thereby losing all that I had typed out and having to type it all out again. Since I have joined, server outages have been pretty much a weekly occurance, and I think it is essential for this to improve.

Certainly, and I think that speaks volumes about the quality of content on the forums. At the same time, this still NEEDS to improve. The server outages are simply happening too often.
