Well they could make a quota on polls per day, or polls per user per day or something...

Calidan, the problem with quotas is that people who want to make a poll will be excluded when the quota is reached. Some will get mad at the people who did create polls. They will say such things as "Why did this person make a poll while I couldn't."

i don't like polls. they're stoopid! mho. i do vote in them, tho

but the results are never surprising or even interesting. that's what i don't like i guess.
