Saving Private Messages

When the PM box is full and I want to totally clear it, but save selected messages permanently,.... how do I do it?

I mean to save them in a Word document or other program in another folder on my computer.

I did this once before, following instructions posted int he Parent Forum. But I've forgotten how to do it.

At the bottom of your PM box is a drop down box. Click on "Download as Text" and it will save all selected messages to a text file.
