The Financial Aid Area Of This Site

Hello,

I have a little idea about the financial aid area of this site. I have observed that there are oftentimes a very fair amount of inquiries as to Dependent v/s Independent students. So, what I am wondering is if there could be a sticky which would consist of what the FAFSA folks deem a Dependent or an Independent student to actually be.

This is just an idea out of love. Nothing more. I am not trying to cause anyone insult. It is just my observation that maybe having a sticky or something with the actual criteria (from the FAFSA site or someplace) of what constitutes a Dependent or Independent student for financial aid purposes would be kinda neat.
