posts dont show

why in the little caption next to my posts where it says things like name, gender, location, and # of posts, mine only lists having like 16 posts, when I actually have like 40 of them? If you go to my profile 40 posts are listed. I am just wondering if this happens to anyone else or if theres a reason why it does this.

Posts in the College Confidential Cafe and Parent Cafe don't count.
