a couple of quick suggestions

1. I think it would be better if moderators had names that identified them as moderators. Like "ModeratorAlligator" or whatever. That would eliminate confusion. They could have a second name if they want to post as a private person.

2. I think that when a moderator closes a thread or warns a poster, he/she should identify himself/herself as a moderator. A simple "I am the moderator and ....." would do nicely.

Just a couple of friendly suggestions from a relative newcomer who is having some difficulty navigating this forum.

ctnjpamom, the member level does specify if it's a moderator. the way there's "Junior Member" under your sn.

and the moderators have their sns in bold blue letters
