How to stop recieving mail for replies?

So my mail box is getting flooded, and I don't really care when somebody replies.. How do I completely stop this?

Click "My Control Panel", and you'll see your subscribed threads, and click unsubscribe. Then, click "Edit Options" on the lefthand bar, and select "Do Not Subscribe" under "Default Thread Subscription Mode".
