| Why is CC slowing down?
CC users aren't answering many questions as they use to. Whats up w/ that?

I guess once people had all their apps out and no more questions, they got off the site. I figure come April 1st, there will be a resurgence.

UC admissions are a huge chunk of this board and now that most people have recieved results... except from Berkeley (and UCI in my case), nobody really bothers to hover around this forum while waiting for their results anymore. I'm only still here because I'm waiting on UCI, but when I get results, I probably won't post as much as I have been doing recently.

Adamo, I agree. I think it's cruel for colleges to send an admissions decision on April 1st.

It's because UCLA admissions decisions have already been released.

Maybe...people have stopped asking really good questions. I've noticed that a lot of posts are more for discussion/chatty purposes than queries. Or everyone is just abandoning the internet to wait hopefully by the mailbox... |

LoL! This site is to students as Gamblers Anonymous is to gamblers. I'm more of a lurker now; most of the threads that I responded to a few weeks ago were related to UCSD and UC acceptances. But now that my college stuff has come into full circle, I really have nothing worthwhile to contribute, I'm afraid.
I hope your questions will be answered by other users, UClippers. If they're about specific issues, then maybe the admissions officers from your colleges can help you. Good luck!

The high point of the activity of this site in terms of questions and answers is when people are choosing schools to apply to and filling out apps, which is in the fall. Right now all the threads will be chat threads, decision threads and "where should I go?" threads. Come fall though, it'll be back to questions about the entire process, anything and everything threads and I'll be back as someone who has gone through the process and is willing to help.
