Whenever i do my stats profile which takes like 20 minutes it says you dont have enough permissions.

copy it before you submit it so you don't lose it. other than that i'm not sure. sorry.

Yes the person is telling you to copy it to a txt file and save it for backup on your desktop so you dont lose it in a case such as yours.

1. Read the stickied post at the top of this forum titled "Issues Logging in/out/getting logged off of the CC site"

2. Make sure you tic the "remember me box" when logging back in.
