What do you like best about College Confidential?

I had an interesting private message exchange with a CC participant today who goes back to the "old days" when the CC forum looked different, and that got me thinking about what makes CC different--and in my opinion, better--than various Brand X ways to get information about the same issues. What do you like about CC? What's your favorite feature here? What can the volunteer group of moderators, the programming staff, or the management do to keep building on the aspects of CC that you like best?

P.S. Best wishes to all of you awaiting admission news. I'll be there in two years--and then three more times as my younger kids reach that age.

What I don't like:
- The vBulletin software. It would be great if we could switch to something like SMF, though I know converting the database would be tough and some modifications (like the SEO'd URLs) would have to be redone.
- The layout. I like that it's lightweight, but... IMO there are much more elegant layouts that aren't image-heavy at all.

What I like:
- Everything else!

I guess I like vBulletin because the only other online forum I visit regularly (where I learned about CC, in fact) uses vBulletin with fewer special modifications. I haven't tried a forum with the other brand of forum software.
