Getting Overloaded with CC Previous emails

Is anyone else experiencing this? I am getting previously sent emails from threads that I have seen before.

Yes!!!! It's really strange because I always receive instant notifications. But for the last couple of months, the instant email has not been reliable. Today, when I checked my email, there were over 200 new email notifications from the threads I subscribe too.

I've had the same problem too! On three separate occasions today, I checked my email account and there have been 30 - 55 CC emails each time. The really weird part is that they are all dated from last week or earlier (even late March!) -- like they were held up somewhere and just released now -- even though I have been checking every day and have received lots of other CC notifications in the same time period.

Some messages were caught in one server, and then released all at once. Sorry about the deluge.

One of the web servers was overrun with undeliverable mail. I have cleared the queue and "real" mail is now catching up.

Sorry for the recurring issue here. I have brought this to the attention of the "techie" that may have been involved in that past discussion. I wonder if this is somehow related to the recent server move.

Thanks, Lenitus. Much appreciated. Instant notification still isnt working. One of the other admins mentioned that there had also been an outage just before the move, so either could be the cause.
