IB Subforum

Okay, I know there has been other threads on this, but we really need an IB subforum. How do we get one? To the moderators, what is the process? I mean, I speak on behalf of all those IB students out there when I say, CC is biased towards AP, so, to be fair, an IB forum should be created.
