What does it mean to get a CC Refferal?

It means you basically told someone out there how good CC was, and when they joined they said you recommended them.

Or at least, someone joined CC and told the site that you referred them.

When you register, there's an option to fill out who referred you to CC. If someone types in your username in that referral spot, then you get credited for it.

Basically, it doesn't matter at all.
