How to nominate a thread for stickiness?

I've posted a thread on the Common App forum (Urgent Common App problem? Check here first) with answers to the most common "OMG I'm sooooo freaking out, URGENT HELP PLEASEEEEE!!!!" questions and direct links to the Common App support pages. Someone suggested making it sticky.

After making a few additions and formatting it a little better, I think that post #11 in the thread actually is about ready for prime time, but I don't know where to nominate it. Is there a procedure to follow? Does one just pm a moderator of the forum in question? Many thanks.
