Registration is simple and easy, and provides full site access.
I've gone to my Control Panel, and increased the number of posts on a page from CC default of 15 to 40. I save changes, but find I am still stuck at 15 posts per page.
The reset of the user default setting works for me, so I'm at a loss to know why it doesn't work for you. Do you possibly have some unusual browser settings on your computer? I see 40 posts on each page. (That means I can't refer to posts in threads by page number; I refer to post numbers.)
