Short Search Terms

A lot of words that I search are too short that they do not appear as searches, such as "CPA" and "MBA" (3 letter words). I know there might be too many threads that come up with these too-general, short search terms, but is there a strategy for searching these terms? For example, few people say "certified public accountant" or "master of business administration" on this forum, so I probably wouldn't get the best results by using those words. Anything I could do to get the best search results? The word "top" isn't allowed either.

searching large forums takes a lot of processing power and this is almost certainly why three-letter searches are not allowed.
