Baned for "Solicitation"

Hello,

I got my first banned for solicitation when I made a post about a website I was planning to make as a non-commercial resource. I did not list any links, offers, or suggest anyone visit any website for any reason.

I am not a spam robot, but an actual person who works for a living and is interested in going back to college.

Would it be possible to this unjustified ban lifted? I did not find any other way to appeal any actions on the behalf of moderators without creating another account.
