How to increase Video Memory

I've got an irritating situation. My comp is an Intel pentium III 900mhz and has only 4 mb of Video RAM. It has a 128 mb Ram. The damn motherboard doesnt have an AGP slot. I want to increase my video memory. I cant attach a graphics accelerator. One guy told me that we can assign a part of the RAM as video ram via Bios setup. But I dont know how to do it. If anyone knows please tell me. Otherwise if anyone knows how to increase the video RAM please tell me.

You'd probably be better off posting this in the College Life forum. It'll probably take a couple days to get an answer here.
