What is xxxx (mwl - 2.19.2009)?

Often when I post, I usually get half of my post in the post and then my original post. What differentiates it is this "xxxx (mwl - 2.19.2009) --> " that comes up.

When I try to edit it out, the half of the post stays for some reason and it looks like I'm only editing my original post (the other thing just stays there) but when I finish editing, it goes away.

This is quite annoying; I have no idea if outside viewers see this or if it's just me -- but it's happened to me on two of my computers and I'm honestly a little concerned about what's going on..

Can anyone help?

I've heard that it's actually a code fragment by one of the CC developers that somehow ended up in some of the posts. In the past, I saw it periodically in some posts, but less so now. This leads me to believe that in many cases, only the post's author sees it now. After you see this in your post, try forcing a page reload to see if it goes away quickly.

You are correct, Mrs Weasley. I'll send this thread to one of our IT folks to take another look. It seems to be a somewhat random occurrence.

Sorry for any inconvenience, Prism.

Thanks!
