I am recruiting participants (18 year of age or older) to take a questionnaire assessing motives for visiting certain Web sites. This study is not meant to be either diagnostic or judgmental in any way. It is simply to further the knowledge of the scientific community about this internet phenomenon. The study is COMPLETELY ANONYMOUS. Should you choose to participate you will be asked to confirm that you are 18 or older and will be asked to electronically sign your name, HOWEVER your consent form will never be paired with your survey and, therefore, will never be matched to any answers. Your consent information will only be used to show that you were not forced to participate and for NO other purpose.
