Help...!? Someone else used my account...?

Okay, so my friend was over and I had my CC webpage up.

She asked if she could take a look, so I said fine. I mean, she said just take a look.

But then when I look up my own profile and statistics a few days later there's this this post I don't remember posting at all, this "chance me" thing. She tells me later that she DID use my account to post, thinking there was no harm.

How do I get that removed? I just don't like the fact that someone posted a bunch of detailed info under MY name, when none of her scores, etc. are actually mine. I did the 'report problem post' but is this a good enough reason to remove it? Will they remove it? It's just weird, because the post said "I" and stuff, but that's not actually me....
