Moderators: thanks for the Athletic Recruits Subforum

About two years ago there began a series of requests that the moderators create an Athletic subforum, where athletic recruits and their parents could compare notes and seek and give support to each other.

You created one, and it has turned out very well. It gets a lot of traffic, there is a lot of good discussion there and best of all, the discussions don't routinely devolve into the "are athletic hooks unfair?" debates that we saw so often before us meat-heads got our private venue.

So, on behalf of all the RA subforum regulars: A LONG OVERDUE THANK YOU!

I agree wholeheartedly. I joined CC in the spring of junior year and have now progressed to my commitment and received my likely letter. I wouldn't've even known what this was without CC! The resources here, especially on the Athletic Recruits forum, are incredible. I learned so much through this forum that helped me through a process that is at times very difficult and daunting, so thank you so much!!
