How to get rid of these subscriptions?

How do I get rid of all of these emails I get a day from this site telling me about new posts and such?

Go to "My Control Panel." Click on View all Subscriptions (at the bottom of the chart showing threads with new posts). There are little boxes by each thread you've posted on. Select the ones you want to delete or identify as "No Email Notification," go to the drop-menu at the bottom of the list, select the qualification and click "Go."
