My d did not get in. She will be disappointed, she really loved this school.

Well looks like a different college will benefit from her skills and talents.

Good luck to all of you in your freshman year!

I got waitlisted - but I don't care because I got accepted to the University of Chicago. College acceptances are wierd... Congrats to everyone else!

Wait-listed here and at Washington & Lee, accepted at Trinity, reject from William & Mary, also accepted at Drew, Rutgers, and TCNJ. Right now I'm leaning towards Trinity.

I know Conn College is looking for males and a woman I know at Trinity said they look for women a little more. That said, Trinity's stats aren't as lopsided as Conn Colleges though in that area. (Conn is 60/40 male)

got in too!! great aid was a pleasant surprise after washU had given me zilch. but i'm off to will. conncoll is a great school and i really appreciate their generosity esp to intls. washU sent me tons of stuff, incl a DVD and a huge catalog, with all their periodicals, etc. yet they gave me nothing. conncoll only sent one brochure. williams didn't even send me anything but i appreciate their offer the most. not implying anything here, just relating my experiences.

I got in! found out today, here in Seattle.

I haven't visited and didn't expect to get in, so now I am probably going to go visit during my spring break.

This is so complicated!

hey everybody. I have a question: how would you compare Conncoll with Lafayette? Which one would you choose and why?

Thanks.

ediaz- conn coll is usually thought of as academically more prestigious than lafayette. lafayette also tends to be preppier and less liberal than conn. and obviously lafayette has a MUCH better sports program, as well as greek life

oh cool... wad's ur inclination?

i prefer bates in general but the extreme cold weather, financial aid (yeah bates' is great and conn's is even better) and thesis requirement for major (i plan to do double or triple major... and one thesis for each will drive me nuts) are keeping me back a little...
