The Music and Classics department at Conn is pretty strong. There are two professors, Paul Althouse and John Anthony who are well experienced and great professors. Conn is culturally very active which provides you a lot of opportunities. The study abroad and internship programs at Conn can also help with your Music/Classics major to provide a meaningful educational experience.

Best of luck!

Following a generous gift from an alum, Conn offers free music lessons in almost any instrument. There is also a very active music scene on campus via M.O.B.R.O.C. a student music organization which operates out of "the barn"--a facility for student bands. I do not know much about the classics department other than knowing a few particularly bright classmates who were classics majors and had positive experiences.
