I'd say Cooper's a bit picky when it comes to international students..
I mean they won't even let you apply without a US mailing address.
But I'm guessing since it's full scholarship for all who are accepted anyways, the admissions process is the same for everyone

I think a mailing address is not so hard to get. What I care is whether they take into account one's background. Hope being international won't be a big disadvantage.
