Can I get chanced?

I have applied Early Decision to Cornell and here is my stuff:

*Sidenote: I applied to College of Agriculture and Life Sciences

My GPA: 4.0 (Our school doesn't have weighted)
Class rank: 1 of 342
Test Scores: SAT-1830 (but I didn't send that)... ACT - 28 with 9 on essay
I live in the MidWest

Extracurriculars:
-Nation Honor Society - Speaker Coordinator - 11th - 12th grade
-Piano lessons - 11 Years - 4 hrs/wk
-Marching Band - I play alto sax. - 3 Years - 10 hrs/wk - 9th-11th grade
-Marching Band - Front Ensemble (xylophone) - 1 Year - 10 Hrs/wk - 12th grade
-Tennis lessons/practice - student under a semi-pro - 4 Years - 6 hrs/wk
-Bio-Engineering Lab Assistant - Volunteer - 2 Hours/day
-BioChemistry Lab Assistant - volunteer- 2-3 hrs/week
-Volunteered at local hospital - 6 hrs/week
-Church Youth Group Leadership Team - Help young children, play piano and drums, arrange activities - 4 years
-Tutored children in math and reading - 1 Year
-Tennis Team - 2 years of JV, 2 Years of Varsity (1 year as Number 1)
-Marching band - 4 Years - The band is one of the top bands in the Ozark Region

Awards:
-Perfect Attendance For 1 Year
-Perfect Attendance For 2 Years
-Tennis Varsity Letter (2)
-1st Team Academic All-Ozark Conference (2)
-I was awarded the "Most Likely to Become a Doctor" Award from the Hospital.

**note- My school doesn't offer very many AP courses because it is kind of small, but it does have AP Java (computer class).

Based on everything I see here, I unfortunately think your chances are poor, simply because your academic record is below most applicants. And I think that's sad for Cornell, because they could probably use some more folks like you. Their loss, your gain. Don't sweat it. You wouldn't have liked it there much anyways.

28?....you should take it again and get it at least into the 30's. And maybe try and found a club or something... no offense but I would have to say that youre chances are probably <50%...
