what are my chances of getting to cornell and any advice?

asian american
went from all regents classes to all AP and other stuff:

My PSAT grade: 210 (Commended Student)
My SAT grade: 2110 (will take them again), 630 RC, 710 math, 770 writing
My SAT II grades: Math II 740, Physics 660, U.S. 710 (will take physics and math again)
MY ACT score: 33, 9 on essay
MY AP grades: 4s on all the following: physics, english (language), U.S. history. (I took my APs in 11th grade) AP student with distinction
GPA- my school does not send them until Sept.
Rank- 15th out of 440 Total Grade
Unweighted average: 94.6

Did independent research and participated in County Science Contest
250+ hours of communnity service at hospital and nursing home and library
Locks of Love
Treasurer of World Hunger Action Club 10th grade
Secretary of National Art Honor Society in 12th grade
Silver medal at Math team
Chosen to present art works at District Art Show in 9th and 10th grade.
and many other clubs

classes this year (all are APs except Studio Art)
Calc AB
Gov
Literature
Bio
Spanish


and please suggest any other colleges

Well, before we suggest any colleges you should probably provide what major you want to pursue in college, because this is often a major factor when applying to college. After all, you don't want to just throw yourself into a school that wont really focus on what you like!
