Chances?

My daughter is considering applying to Cornell. She plans to major in Mechanical Engineering.

Her highest scores were her ACT tests:

Composite 32
English 35
Mathematics 29
Reading 34
Science 29

She has a 740 on SAT II Biology, Molecular.

She has a 3.5 average at a small college prep private high school. Plus, she's very active in community service.

Any idea of her chances...and ball park financial assistance... I know some colleges are generous...others less so.

Thanks!
