Importance of SAT I

What if a person has good ECA's, GPA score, Essay and Reco but a 1350 score in SATI? Is SAT really really important? Well I am an international student, and ya that's my stat.(I got 105 in TOEFL) Do you think it was a wise decision to apply to Cornell??

1350 out of 2400 or 1350 out of 1600? There is a huge difference between the two.

Apply if you'd like to be a student there. But the SAT is a bearing on your reasoning ability, and thus can be related to your ability to handle college material. Thus, a good SAT score is crucial; try upping yours.

High SAT I scores are important for international students because there is such a competitive international pool. Of course, other things are taken into account, as well.

Common I meant 1350/1600. may be I would have done a little better if my conditions were ok. Actually my mother was ill for almost 3 months so had a lot of responsibilities to fulfill. I have included this in my application. I hope they'll consider that. And I am taking my SAt this Dec too
