Cornell says they're need-blind to internationals on their website, but are they actually need-blind, because I've read a few posts on this forum that applying for aid as an international is a major anti-hook? What if you're a Canadian?

Cornell is need-blind for internationals but they do not guarantee meeting all demonstrated need. So, applying for financial aid will not hurt you, but Cornell not might give you a great package.
