Optional arts supplement or optional reference??

Does Cornell have an optional art supplement or optional reference form like Priceton and Stanford? If not, how/should I send them in? Just send the letter of recomendation by itself? If I send my CD in can I include my musical resume?

They don't have an arts supplement. I'm pretty sure a letter of recommendation would be fine, but I don't know about a CD. A lot of schools don't like getting that kind of stuff...but then again, if you're majoring in music they might want it. If you e-mail them on their site, they usually reply within a day or two.
