If you had a 14 meals per week plan, at the start of each meal week, you'd have a balance of 14 meals. You can then use those meals at your discretion over the period of the meal week (1 meal on one day, 4 meals on another, etc). However, at the end of the meal week, you lose any unused meals, and your balance is reset to 14 (so you can't rollover any unused meals). The meal weeks start on Thursday and end on Wednesdays.
