Comm. Minor Questions

hey guys,

i'm a rising sophomore and i just have a question regarding a communication minor. when do people begin to take classes required for a minor? i figure i'll take one this semester, i'm just wondering if that's about right. thanks in advance.

Sophomore or Junior Year. With Comm I'd start taking them now if you have space in your schedule and you're sure you want to pursue the minor. I have some friends who are doing the comm minor. I'd take a class that's only offered in the fall first, such as research methods which is required for the minor. Plan to take Writing about comm in the spring. Try to take Media Comm in the fall as well if you can.
