Chance Me For College of Engineering

Hi I was wondering if you could chance me for Cornell's College of Engineering. (Applying Early Decision if it helps)

Gpa: Unweighted - 3.74, Weighted 4.1
AP courses Taken:
Calculus BC-5
Computer Science-5
Chemistry-5
Biology-4 (self-study)
Language Comp - 4
Courses I am Taking Right Now: AP Stats, AP Gov, AP Econ, AP Spanish, Contemporary Lit, Physics Honors

SAT (planning on retaking in October)
Math - 740
Critical Reading - 680
Writing 710
Total: 2130
SAT 2s
Math II - 800
Chemistry - 770
Planning on Taking Spanish and Physics in November

ExtraCurriculurs+Other

Officer of C++ (Vice President+WebMaster)
Officer of Sierra Club at school (Regional Rep+Co-WebMaster)

Programming Intern at Local Start-Up

Taken C++ at Foothill and Engineering 10 at De Anza (both As) + Taking Multivariable Calculus and Circuit Analysis at De Anza (De Anza and Foothill are both nearby Community Colleges)

Black Belt in Karate

Being Indian certainty does not give you any advantage - probably a disadvantage.
Does your school have ranks? I think ranks matter more over GPA because the GPA could be inflated, whereas ranks measure you among your peers.

If you're within the top 10% of your class and you apply ED, I would say ~50%

More Info

Since my school is so competitive, I am ranked in top 40%, though if you take my grades from the community colleges into account, I am at top 30%. Top 50% means u need a GPA of 3.6+. Other information:

I am getting a strong rec from my ENGR 10 teacher and APCS/Calculus Teacher (same teacher) if it matters.

I think you have an okay chance. your class rank could be a bit higher and EC's could be a bit better. I think your test scores are good enough.

its going to come down to your essay, so try super hard to shine your personality and why they should pick you! You're AP scores are great for math/science really good though
