Should I apply ED to College of Engineering or College of Arts and Sciences?

My major is Computer Science. My GPA is on the lower end, around 3.7 weighted (HUGE upward trend starting Junior year).

SAT: 1980 - Garbage

ACT (Results came out yesterday):
Composite: 33
English: 35
Math: 36
Reading: 32
Science: 30

Since I am probably on the lower end of applicants, should I apply to College of Engineering or College of Letters and Sciences? Is there a difference between admission rates in both colleges? I'd like a BS degree, not BA. Apparently BS is better than BA. Sorry, I'm new to all this. I have solid, unique EC's.

Please let me know which college would be more advantageous to someone in my situation. Thanks guys!

The Engineering program is far more difficult to get into (unless you happen to be a female). If you want the better chance of getting into Cornell go with the college of Arts and Science. That being said even then with your stats either will be considered a reach, not impossible but a reach (unless you have world class E.Cs)

COE isn't necessarily far more difficult, while the stats may be a bit higher, CAS has also very high ranges. Also important is fit- what you really want to study and if your courseload, grades, ecs, and essays show it.
