Is Cornell University really need-blind for international when I apply ED for Cornell?
I heard that they are just saying that they are need-blind.

SO if it really is need blind, do i just complete CSS Profile?

Yes, Cornell is need-blind for international applicants, but only around 40 internationals total are actually offered financial aid.

Cornell is need blind when it comes to admission, but it only offers limited FA to international students. Another word, they will admit an international student without concern for affordability. An international student maybe admitted, but may not afford to attend.
