do you think i stand a chance at cornell with a 3.67 GPA especially as an Asian male?

GPAs alone are meaningless. We have no idea what that means in terms of other people in your high school, what courses you take, and how your high school is in general.

If you are from an Ivy with GPA 3.67, no prob at all!! But if from community college, that'd be another story
