Is the Undergrad admissions application for ILR different than the rest of Cornell? If so, why?? If accepted to ILR, can you change majors later on if you meet requirements??

There is a supplemental question for each of the schools at Cornell, so yes there is, since each school is looking for something different from its applicants. As for changing majors, do you mean changing schools? Because if you're in ILR, you're majoring in ILR.
