Does Cornell really look at your highest scores from all standardized tests?

I have a 1970 SAT score, but I also have a 35 ACT, three 5's on all my AP tests, I'm currently taking 4 more AP classes, and i have a 700 Bio, 760 Chem, 770 Math II, and a 800 Physics fot SAT 2s. I also have a 3.91 GPA and more extracurriculars than I can count.

I sent them an email asking if I can only send them my SAT subject tests and ACT, but they said they also want to see the SAT 1, but they said they will only look at my highest scores. Is that really true, or can a 1970 really give them reason to deny me when I have good scores in everything else, good grades, and lots of activities?

No, your ACT will be considered over your SAT. Good luck.

Nope, they will definitely use the ACT for consideration. They say they use the best possible scores together when reviewing your application.
