No Financial Aid Needed?

I am an international applicant, and I do not need financial aid-- do I have to indicate somewhere in my application that I don't need financial aid? Or is it just assumed I don't because I don't hand in the financial aid forms?

sorry if this seems like a dumb question, I just want to be sure!!

Do you come from an oil-based rich family? Haha just kidding, but yeah just don't hand in your financial aid papers if you're not applying for it.
